Guidelines for Faculty Intellectual Property (IP) Registration

Before proceeding with the IP registration process, all applicants are required to understand and comply with VinUniversity’s internal Intellectual Property Policy.

Please note that access to the submission system requires VinUni email account. For any questions or support, please contact the Research Management Office (RMO) at [email protected].

Steps to Register Your Intellectual Property

Step 1: Complete IP Declaration Form

Fill in the basic information of your IP using the VINUNIVERSITY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DECLARATION FORM – Fill out form.

Step 2: Submit Supporting Documents

  • Guidance from RMO: RMO will review your submission and contact you with guidance on next steps, depending on the type of IP. You may be required to complete additional documents using the IP Form.
  • Upload Documents: Upload all required documents to your designated folder (named after you) at the following link: IP Submitted Document.
  • File Organization: For multiple IP submissions, please create a separate sub-folder for each IP within your designated folder.
