Introduction

Dr. Huyen T. H. Nguyen currently is the Director of the Nursing Program at VinUniversity, Vietnam, where she leads curriculum development and plays an active role in teaching, research, and program development. She is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, and a scholar at the Global Health Center, University of Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of experience in nursing research and education, her research focuses on women’s health, cancer care, mental health, and the application of smart technologies. Dr. Huyen has successfully secured numerous internal and external research grants to support vulnerable populations and improve healthcare outcomes. She holds prestigious scholarships from both Australia and Vietnam, which enabled her to pursue her Master’s and Doctoral degrees at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Her research has contributed to several national and international projects, and as Director of the Nursing Program, she is dedicated to advancing nursing education and fostering globally competent healthcare professionals.
